Barnsbury Place is a prestigious collection of nine new houses and 141 new build and refurbished apartments in one of Islington’s most desirable quarters. The gross development value of this scheme is £56 million.

This outstanding development won the top accolade for the Best Conversion in the Evening Standard Homes & Property Awards 2011.

Our installation consisted of :

• Colour Video Entry System
• Proximity Access Control System
• Integrated Reception System
• CCTV System

There are 5 pedestrian access gates complete with Bitron colour video entry systems and proximity access control systems to a 24 hour concierge office.

The 141 apartments are spread across 8 blocks. Therefore a Bitron colour video entry system with in-built proximity access control was provided to each block.

The proximity access control system is PC based and is centrally controlled at the concierge office.

An Integrated Reception System (IRS) provides Sky+ and Terrestrial reception to all apartments via a single aerial/dish array.

A 10 camera CCTV system provides 24 monitoring and Digital Video Recording to the concierge office.
